This song was the opening production to a program entitled “Colors.” Originally written in 9/16, the arranger placed rythms in an easy-to-march fashion while keeping the integrity of the odd meter. The work starts off with a bold introduction and later does an excellent job featuring each section of the band.

Letter From Home was the second song in the program entitled “Colors.” The arranger does an excellent job creating a unique arrival at the end of the piece that still incorporates the original piano part.

First Circle was the closing production to the program entitled “Colors.” Once again, the arranger does an excellent job re-creating the 22/8 time signature into a meter that could easily be understood by the marching band. The middle includes an extensive drum solo so the winds could concentrate on their marching and rest their embouchures before a powerful counterline propels the band through the end.
